Rental notes:

A deposit of 20% of the rental charge will be required to reserve a house. This will not be refunded if you cancell your booking.
The full payment must be received 8 weeks before departure. We accept payments in British Pounds and in Euro

A refundable breakage deposit (against loss or damage to the property and contents) of £100 / €150 / is required cash on arrival. This will be refunded when you are leaving.
Late bookings can be paid cash on arrival.

We provide a full airport transfer service for four people.
Our driver will meet your flight at any time of the day or night. The driver has the villa keys and will drive you straight there. At the end of your stay we will drive you back to the airport.
If your group size is more than 4 people then a taxi (£15 /€20/ each way) will be provided to follow or the driver will escort a hire-car as well, directly to the villa.

There are no extra charges for water, electricity and pool servicing. These charges are included in the rental price.

At your arrival you will find a file with the most useful information written in English & map of the area. It gives you a short description of the area with a way description to the local stores and bars and very detailed road description to Sunny Beach and Bourgas (big supermarkets). The holiday houses are very close to all locations – max. 20-30 mins drive to beach or bigger supermarkets. The swimming pool is in front of your front door.

You are not let alone after your arrival. We are visiting the complex every day and will try to help you in any way we can. You will have our mobile phone numbers in case of emergency.
